On Sunday 26th June, our NDT tutor Peter Oliver & team took part in the Peterborough 100 bike event in aid of Action Medical Research for children.

He opted for the ‘Champion’ route – a gruelling 101 miles across 5 counties.  Pete came to see us the day after the event with wobbly legs & told us “it was a very long day, but the charity did a very good job of having everything organised.  After the halfway mark I had doubts that we wouldn’t make the 101mile point, but we pulled through as a team and made it to the end in roughly 7 and half hours”.  If you would like to find out more about the event, please click here.

On behalf of Lavender International, we are proud of Peter & his successful bike ride challenge.  Congratulations!
