We are pleased to announce that we are now offering our Level 3 Main Method theory training through our specially developed online learning platform!
Our experienced tutors have been writing content tailored for online learning and working with our marketing team to produce new diagrams and graphics to help you learn.
Building upon the successful launch of our online Level 3 Basic course in 2020, candidates can now study our Level 3 Main Method courses training online using our bespoke training platform.
We can also offer online refresher training to candidates who are looking to do their Main Method recertification examination.
Whether you learn best from a flexible self-paced online learning experience or tutor led in-person training, we offer a range of study options adapted to your needs and learning styles.
How does it work?
Students complete an online application. Once approved, students are given access to undertake their theory training online using our online training platform. Upon completion of the end of course assessment, students must complete their examinations at a PCN approved training school, such as Lavender International NDT UK or USA. Students have up to 1 year to complete their chosen course, before they will have to complete the exam in person.
What’s included?
The content for each method is broken down into modules, incorporating illustrations, videos, animations, and end of module assessments alongside the written content.
In addition, the platform offers a procedure writing guidance module designed to assist students in drafting an NDT procedure in the relevant sector. Candidates who have access to standards can complete the procedure writing section online and will be given feedback from one of our experienced Level 3 tutors.
For individuals who do not have access to standards and prefer the hybrid training option, they will need to attend one of our training schools in-person for 2 days to complete the training for the procedure writing module. This can be scheduled with our team at the initial sign-up stage.
