Back in 1999 Lavender International achieved the Investors in People standard and have proudly maintained that level year on year up to 2014. Earlier in the year at an Investors Pre-assessment audit it was discussed whether our Company might put itself forward for Bronze, Silver or Gold status, thus demonstrating this commitment to the Investor in People programme at the highest level.

It was decided that as tough as it was we would go for the Gold Standard. The audit was conducted in July 2014 and we received notification that we had indeed reached the Gold standard a few weeks later.

This is an amazing achievement for the whole company and we can now proudly fly our new flag and display our gold plaque.
