Lavender International Board of Directors have discussed and assessed risks to staff and students from the exponential increase in cases of the Coronavirus. This has included a review of our risk assessment and consideration of government recommendations. We conclude that our existing health and safety measures which include mandatory wearing of masks, social distancing where possible and sanitisation will remain in force.
This health and safety mandate applies to all students, staff and visitors attending Lavender facilities for the foreseeable future until such a time that levels of the virus decline significantly, and subsequent risk assessments show significantly lower level of risk.
The situation has also been discussed with other BINDT Authorised Training Organisations (ATOs) and BINDT. All parties are in agreement to adopt the same stance until levels of the coronavirus reduce significantly.
For onsite courses and site visits, Lavender employees will continue to maintain strict health and safety precautions outlined in our health and safety procedure.
