Having supported the group in a number of ways, including sponsoring a competition for the development of local school children in managing small business projects, Steve was asked to speak about Inspiration and more specifically in respect of him being awarded an MBE ‘how did that happen’.

The meeting began with a period of networking and then those present listened to Steve’s presentation which looked at his life so far and how he had been influenced and inspired along his journey.  The audience took the opportunity to ask questions and share their own experiences.  All in all, it was a new challenge for Steve which was well received.
