The business has developed a strict Health and Safety procedure outlining in detail the precautions implemented to maintain the safety of both employees and students. This includes adapting the training environment to ensure social distancing can be maintained and offering PPE where required.

“The Health and Safety of our employees and students is our main priority. We have taken a great deal of time to consider every aspect of operating in a safe working environment whilst this pandemic is still ongoing”, says Managing Director Tim Armitt.

The procedure has been audited by external advisors and has been found to surpass government advice. It is worth noting that it has been written as a live document and as such is subject to change in accordance with any updates to government guidelines. Students will be required to adhere to the procedure to undertake their course at the training schools.

UK Office

We will be offering recertification examinations from 25 May 2020 at our UK training schools in Penistone and at the Advanced Manufacturing Park, Sheffield, for Visual Testing, Magnetic testing, Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, TOFD and Phased Array.

Full initial Level 2 courses will be available from 1 June in Visual Testing, Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Testing, Radiography Testing and Ultrasonic Testing.
